Regulating the non-surgical cosmetic procedures market

1st April 2013 marked the release Bruce Keogh's report on the regulation of cosmetic procedures. Four years on, ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓƵ Simon Eccles commented in the Guardian on the lack of change that has been effected following the report and the startling lack of regulation in the non-surgical cosmetic procedures market.
